Shenguan Holdings (Group) Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the manufacture and sale of edible collagen sausage casings products. The Company produces Western-style collagen sausage casing and Chinese-style collagen sausage casing. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the sales of western-style collagen sausage casings accounted for approximately 93.7% of the total turnover, while the Chinese-style collagen sausage casings represented approximately 6.3% of the total turnover.

Armanino Foods :

Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc., incorporated in 1986, is engaged in the production and marketing of food products, including primarily frozen pesto sauces, frozen pasta products, cooked and frozen meat and poultry products, garlic spreads. The Company markets a plain frozen focaccia. These products are marketed through a network of food brokers and sold to retail and foodservice distributors, club-type stores and industrial accounts. Until December 15, 2009, the Company's line of refrigerated products included the Garlic Zing product line, which was sold only under the Garlic Zing label only to retail customers in the Western region of the United States.

New Britain Palm Oil Limited (NBPOL) is a producer of sustainable palm oil producing over two million tons of fresh fruit bunch. The Companys plantation operations are located in Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands, where it also has a refinery and a bulking terminal. Its operates in Europe, Papua New Guinea and the Asia-Pacific region. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it sold 8.3 million seeds. In April 2010, the Company acquired 80% interest in Kula Palm Oil Limited, formerly CTP (PNG) Limited. Kula Palm Oil Limited holds 81% of the share capital of Poliamba Limited.
